The Smokestack — Loft‑Style Wedding & Event Space at Judson Mill, Greenville SC

The Smokestack offers an intimate 3,200 square feet of indoor event space with an outdoor courtyard, suitable for weddings up to 150 guests, other events up to 200. This venue's industrial feel stems from its exposed brick architecture, finished concrete floor, and the beautiful ironwork incorporated into the building's design. Smokestack weddings also include our outdoor South Courtyard space, accessible via the venue's grand double doors.

Access to Judson Mill's many entertainment options. The Judson Mill campus is the home to Mill City Kitchen, Play Cafe, a rock climbing gym, a music venue, and more!
Our concierge rental service. We will reserve and set up your linens as well as any additional rentals you need.
Access to our four one-bedroom apartments for getting ready and/or spending the night.

Venue Pricing

How it works:

Room Rental Pricing: Includes tables, chairs, parking, rental concierge service, floorplan development, discounted decor rentals, and much more!
Additional Services: Pricing for beverage service, event coordination, tablecloths, food catering, etc. are customized for your needs.
Beverage Minimum: The minimum amount you'll need to spend on alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages.
Catering Options: You have the choice of using our in-house catering, choose one of our partners, or pay the buyout fee to bring in an outside caterer with approval.
Off Season Discount: Book your event in the months of January, February, July & August and get 10% off your room rental.
Holidays: Holiday pricing varies depending on the date.
