A loved one's passing is certainly a time for gathering. Our venues can host receptions from 50-400 guests. To ease the planning process, we have created an easy package that includes everything you need to create a meaningful remembrance. These packages may be booked as early as 3 days in advance of the event.

- Room Rental: Annex or Smokestack, based on availability. 2 hours for set-up, with up to a 3-hour reception
- Tables, chairs, and linens
- Non-floral centerpieces. Flowers are available for an additional cost.
- 85" TV for a photo slideshow
- Sound System with a microphone
- Non-alcoholic beverages including tea, lemonade, and coffee. Alcohol is available as an add-on.

To add on alcohol service, there is a set-up & bartender cost that varies based on your guest count, plus the cost of alcohol. We offer a consumption arrangement, so we only charge you for the bottles that are opened. Cash Bar options are available. Prices not including taxes;

- Bar Set-up: <50 guests, $350 / 51-150 guests, $600 / 151-200 guests, $850 / 201-300 guests, $1,200 / 301-400 guests, $1,500

- Premium Wine: $28 a bottle
- House Liquor Drink: $6.50 a drink

Additional Details:
- Your room rental period includes two hours for set-up, up to three hours for your reception, and one hour for clean-up. The venue will take care of setting up all tables, chairs, linens, etc. You may bring in additional memorabilia, flowers, and other decor.
- The lay-out will consist of seating for 50% of your guest count range, with scattered high top tables as well.
- Included tablecloth colors are white, ivory, or black. Additional colors are available for an additional $15 per tablecloth.
