​The Annex is the larger of our two venues, with 5,600 square feet of event space, all in the same room. For our wedding clients, the ceremony and reception spaces can be divided by ivory theatrical curtains for a hassle-free transition from one part of your evening to the next.

• Our concierge rental service. We will reserve and set up your linens as well as any additional rentals you need.​
• Access to our four one-bedroom apartments for getting ready and/or spending the night.
• ​Ability to add on courtyard space for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, or additional event space.

Off Season Discount of 10% off applies in the months of January, February, July & August.
