Wedding Directing

We'll be there for your big day!

We understand that wedding planning can be stressful, so we strive to make the process as painless as possible for our couples. There will always be a venue manager on-site to take care of the building on your big day, but it's always a smart decision to add on a qualified wedding director! Your wedding director will play a key role in executing your vision so you can have the ceremony and reception of your dreams.

The Events at Judson Mill team has hosted hundreds of weddings together over the years, and we know what it takes to make your wedding day remarkable. Check out our value-driven wedding directing packages below!

Wedding Directing Packages
This “day-of” package includes the coordination and direction of a reception at Judson Mill. With this package our couples are getting married off-site and have a separate Director for the ceremony.
  • The Director will be on-site for 10 hours to coordinate the reception.
  • Email communication will start 2 months beforehand so we can review vendor contracts and discuss your timeline. Before that we'll have a "Check-In Meeting" to review your wedding day basics and give you a to-do list.
  • You'll have access to Aisleplanner, our wedding planning app where you can put together your budget, vendor details, inspiration board, RSVP management and more.
  • 4-6 weeks before the wedding we'll meet to review all the "Final Details". It's a great time to go through your timeline, make sure we have everything you need, and talk through your vendor expectations.
  • Before the Final Details Meeting, we'll send you a Wedding Workbook to fill out. This will give us all the details and expectations we need to be successful. Everything from what time your photography starts to who is taking your gifts away.
  • We'll review all your vendor contracts to make sure you have everything you need and aren't missing anything or aren't paying for a service you don't need. 
  • We will put together a timeline that we'll send out to your vendors. We'll also be in charge of keeping the wedding on time throughout the evening.
  • Our Director will ensure seamless transitions throughout the night and communicate with vendors on the day-of. The director will ensure no stress is placed on the wedding couple or the family/wedding party to help make your big day as memorable as possible!
  • We'll provide a stocked day-of emergency kit. This includes anything you might need, from a sewing kit to a tool kit!
  • If you have small centerpieces or light reception decor items, the Director is happy to set them up! This should take no more than 2 hours.  
  • The Director will take care of packing up your gifts and personal items into a designated vehicle.​​
This package is valid for off-site events only.

INVESTMENT: $799

This “day-of” package includes the coordination and direction of an on-site ceremony and reception at Judson Mill.
  • The Director will be on-site for 12 hours to coordinate the ceremony and reception.
  • The Director will coordinate your rehearsal the day before.
  • 3 months beforehand we'll meet for a "Check-In" meeting. This gives us a chance to check your planning process, provide advice, and give you planning goals. ​
  • You'll have access to Aisleplanner, our wedding planning app where you can put together your budget, vendor details, inspiration board, RSVP management and more.
  • Email communication will start 3-4 months beforehand so we can review vendor contracts and discuss your timeline.
  • 4-6 weeks before the wedding we'll meet to review all the "Final Details". It's a great time to go through your timeline, make sure we have everything you need, and talk through your vendor expectations.

Investment: $999

​This “day-of” package includes the coordination and direction of an off-site ceremony with the reception at Events at Judson Mill, or for on-site ceremonies with a large wedding party or extensive set-up.
  • The Director will be on-site for 12 hours to coordinate the ceremony and reception.
  • The Director will coordinate your rehearsal the day before. This package includes travel time to ceremonies within 30 minutes of downtown Greenville.
  • This package includes an Assistant to coordinate the reception set-up while the Director is at your ceremony site.
  • 3-6 months beforehand we'll meet for a "Check-In" meeting. This gives us a chance to check your planning process, provide advice, and give you planning goals. 
  • You'll have access to Aisleplanner, our wedding planning app where you can put together your budget, vendor details, inspiration board, RSVP management and more.
  • Email communication will start 6 months beforehand so we can review vendor contracts and discuss your timeline.
  • 4-6 weeks before the wedding we'll meet to review all the "Final Details". It's a great time to go through your timeline, make sure we have everything you need, and talk through your vendor expectations.

  • If you have small centerpieces or moderate reception decor items, the Assistant is happy to set them up! This should take no more than 3 hours.  Please keep in mind we aren't florists, so you'll need to hire a pro for floral design. 
  • We will set up your table settings.
  • The Director will take care of packing up your gifts and personal items into a designated vehicle.
