The Smokestack offers an intimate 3,200 square feet of indoor event space with an outdoor courtyard, suitable for showers from 25 to 150 guests. This venue's industrial feel stems from its exposed brick architecture, finished concrete floor, and the beautiful ironwork incorporated into the building's design. Access to the space also include our outdoor South Courtyard space, accessible via the venue's grand double doors.

What's Included?
Our package includes:
- Room Rental: 5 hour rental of The Smokestack, based on availability. 1 1/2 hours for set-up, with up to a 2 1/2-hour reception and 1 hour for clean-up. We have two time blocks to choose from, with a 10:00-12:30 PM event time or a 3:30-6:00 PM event time.
- Tables, chairs, and white or ivory tablecloths
- 85" TV for a photo slideshow
- Sound System with a microphone
- Non-alcoholic beverages including tea, lemonade, and coffee at a self-serve station. Optional Alcohol Service is available as an add-on
- Pink, Blue, or White Photo Backdrop

Additional Details:
- Your 5-hour room rental period includes 1 1/2-hours to decorate, with up to a 2 1/2-hour reception and 1-hour for clean-up. The venue will take care of setting up all tables, chairs, linens, etc. You may bring flowers, and other decor. Nothing can be attached to the walls.
- The lay-out will consist of seating for 50% of your guest count range, with scattered high top tables as well.
- Included tablecloth colors are white, ivory, or black. Additional colors are available for an additional $15 per tablecloth.
- There is an 80-guest maximum for shower packages.
