We LOVE events! Here's what to expect when choosing Judson Mill for your next event. 
  • Easy pricing - we try to include as many things in our Room Rental price as possible. This means all your tables, chairs, staff, and parking are in one flat fee. 
  • Friendly, responsive staff - our sales team is truly amazing! You can almost always expect a call or email back within one business day when you have a question. They are totally willing to provide vendor recommendations, invoice updates, and advice whenever we can!
  • Easy payment system - you can make all your payments online and sign your contract electronically. That means you don't have to find a printer or dig out your checkbook.
  • Extra help when you need it - events go sooo much smoother when there is an experienced coordinator to direct your big day. We have a fantastic team of in-house coordinators you can hire to help you out day-of, or even help plan your entire event. 
  • Go All-Inclusive or à la carte, your choice - We've been at this long enough to have hosted thousands of events. In our many years in the business, we've gotten to know who the best vendors are, what keeps guests happy, and how a memorable event should flow. If you want to take advantage of our knowledge (at a discount no less), ask about our all-inclusive packages for weddings and corporate events. Want to do things your way and find your own vendors, that's fine too!

Room Rental Pricing for Events at Judson Mill

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

All events get:
  • Complimentary access to our extensive collection of decor, including candleholders, cake stands, card boxed, easels, and more. You can save hundreds of dollars!
  • Complimentary on-site parking for your guests.
  • Access to Judson Mill's many entertainment options. Once fully completed, the Judson Mill campus includes a brewery, axe throwing, a late night music venue, and more!
  • Our concierge rental service. We will reserve and set up your linens as well as any additional rentals you need.
  • A complimentary on-site photoshoot–just bring your photographer!
  • Use of our in-house sound system and plenty of power in both spaces.

Wedding clients may also make use of our luxurious one-bedroom apartments. Each wedding package includes one apartment with an additional apartment available for rent if necessary. You will have access to the apartment from 10 AM on your wedding day until 9 AM the next morning. This is a great spot to get ready and stay the night, just steps away from your reception!

The Annex

  • 5,600 square feet of event space, all in one room.
  • Weddings can have their ceremony + reception on two different sides of the room, divided by ivory theatrical curtains. We can also host your ceremony outdoors in the Lower West Courtyard for an additional $500, leaving more room for a large guest reception indoors.
  • Capacity ranges from 100-600 guests.
  • The Annex features original wooden floors, exposed brick, tall windows, and a cream-colored shiplap accent wall.
  • The space includes up to 12 handcrafted farmhouse tables, 15 60" round tables, 350 willow chairs, 6 cocktail tables, 10 rectangular tables, and a cake table You can add on more furniture for an additional fee!
  • Space includes a Green Room for grand entrance preparations.

The Smokestack

  • 3,200 square feet of event space, all in one room.
  • Capacity ranges from 50-200 guests.
  • Grand doors open to a 2,400 square foot courtyard, providing ample opportunity to host your ceremony or cocktail hour outdoors.
  • The space features soaring ceilings, exposed brick, stained concrete floors, and beautiful views of the mill's original smokestack and water tower.
  • The space includes up to 4 handcrafted farmhouse tables, 250 willow chairs, 15 60" round tables, 6 cocktail tables, 10 rectangular tables, and a cake table. You can add on more furniture for an additional fee!

HOW TO BOOK

  1. See if your date is available by viewing our online calendar here.
  2. Get a quote from us. We provide the room rental, bar service, and equipment rentals. You can get a quote over the phone or in person.
  3. Let us know you'd like to book! Once we get a date from you, we'll send you an electronic contract.
  4. Pay a 25% down payment to hold your date. 
  5. Enjoy the planning process!
