Audio Visual Production

At Events at Judson Mill, we take pride in offering basic in-house audio-visual services. If you want to elevate your event to new heights, we can subcontract your lighting, sound, and visual tech through our AV partner, Uptown Entertainment. Whether you're hosting a corporate conference, wedding, concert, or private event, their state-of-the-art AV equipment and expert technical team are available to ensure everything runs flawlessly.​ Please note the below pricing is exclusive to events hosted here at Judson Mill.

Sound

All sound systems include a sound check 30 minutes before the event begins. Set-up and strike is included.
​Sound Engineers are priced separately based on how many hours they are needed. 
Basic House Sound System / $200
Includes two speakers, an ipad, and access to Pandora streaming services. Appropriate for background music or short speeches with less than 150 guests. 

Standard Sound System / $650
Includes two professional-grade speakers, mixers, microphone stand, and up to two microphones. Appropriate for playing background music and running speeches for less than 300 guests. 

Essentials Sound System / $950
Includes up to eight professional-grade speakers, mixers, microphone stand, and up to five microphones. Appropriate for conferences, panels, and larger events with more than 300 guests. 


Visual Technology

All sound systems include a sound check 30 minutes before the event begins. Set-up and strike is included.
​Sound Engineers are priced separately based on how many hours they are needed. 
65" TV / $150
A 65" TV on a 4' high stand. Includes an HDMI connection to your device.  

85" TV / $200
An 85" TV on a 4' high stand. Includes an HDMI connection to your device.  

6'x10' Projector & Screen / $600
A white projector screen that is 6' tall and 10' wide. Includes an LED projector that connects to your computer via HDMI. 

Computer Rental

Confidence Monitor
A xx screen that sits on your stage facing your presenter, enabling them to view their slides for cues during their presentation. 



Staff

Audio Visual Engineers
Staff to run your sound and visual aids. The amount of staff needed will vary on the scope of your presentation. The time reflected below is based off your event time, not just your presentation time. ​
  • 2 hour event / $190

  • 4 hour event / $380
  • 5 hour event / $475
  • 6 hour event / $570
  • 7 hour event / $665
  • 8 hour event / $760

Emcee
Need someone to keep your event moving forward and your crowd engaged? A professional Emcee will do just that!
