Did you know that the average couple spends over 250 hours planning their wedding! That's equivalent to taking 6 weeks off work! Here at Events at Judson Mill, we want to make it super easy to plan your wedding by offering an All-Inclusive Package. With this service you will work with our in-house event planning team to select your vendors and get your details secured.
Base Price
The below base price covers the room rental and vendors whose services are not affected by guest count. The total price for your package is determined by adding the base price and per-person price on the following page. There is a 75-guest minimum for All-Inclusive Weddings. Smaller weddings may be booked, but food and beverage minimums will apply.
- Room Rental: Choose one of our distinct indoor spaces to host your wedding on a Saturday for 12 hours. If you book a Friday or Sunday, you get a $1,000 discount. You can have your ceremony and reception on-site for up to 300 guests. If you choose to host your ceremony off-site there is an additional fee of $1,000 to cover travel time for your vendors.
- Wedding Planning: Work with our in-house team to plan every aspect of your big day. You will have plenty of phone and email communication leading up to the big day, with a coordinator on-site the day-of. We book all your vendors, put together your timeline, floorplan, and design plan.
- Music: Choose between a DJ from SoundChoice or upgrade to a live band from Collective Music Solutions.
- Floral Design: Our base floral packages include a set allowance from two talented florists for ceremony decor, bridal bouquets, bridesmaids bouquets, and boutonnieres. You will meet with our florist to customize your design based on your vision and theme. Of course additional upgrades are available.
- Rehearsal: Book a 1-hour morning rehearsal the day before. Space based on availability or the coordinator will go to you.
- Set-up & Break-down: We will set-up and break-down all your tables, chairs, table settings, linens, decor, and other equipment. Save yourself time and back aches! Price also includes any rental delivery fees.
- Officiant: Our officiant will provide several ceremony templates for you to choose from. If you want to bring your own officiant take off $250.
- Graphic Design & Printing: Our in-house marketing team will work with you to design and print your programs, tabletop signage, seating chart, and table numbers. You just need to print your invitations.
Per person price
After the Base Price, you'll need to calculate a per-person price for the services that will fluctuate based on your guest count. Below is a range of what you will spend, with more detailed pricing outlined on the following pages. All listed pricing on this page includes taxes and gratuity.
Bar & Beverage Service | $16-$33 per person
From domestic beer and wine to a top-shelf liquor bar, you can choose from a wide variety of packages and add your own customization. Pricing varies based on your package choice and the number of service hours.
Catering & Cake | $35-$95 per person
We have partnered with multiple caterers to offer our couples a wide array of menu and pricing options. Check our menus on pages 15-30. The above price also includes your wedding cake.
Floral Design | $12-$20 per person
Your ceremony decor is covered in base design. We structure your reception decor as a per-person price since the number of centerpieces will vary based on your guest count. This price is a great value, with upgrades available at your request!
Linens | $300-$900 total
While your tables and chairs are included in your room rental price, we will need to order linens to cover your tables. This price will vary based on the colors and texture you choose as well as how many linens we'll need for your floorplan.
China & Glassware | $5-$8+ per person
From plasticware to a full china place setting, our event team will work with you to design your tablescape to your liking.
